Fields Of Fortune Online Slot Machine – Free Play & Review
Fields of Fortune comes with a flower and gardening theme, something that doesn’t sound unique, yet I don’t remember seeing too many games that had this kind of inspiration.
If you check out the game, you will find images of gardening tools and of various other plants which can be grown, from red roses, to meat eating plants apparently.
You’re also going to find that the game has poker cards which are made themselves out of things that can be grown in gardens. The image chosen for the background appears to be showing the garden, with trees near it and with a wooden fence separating it from the outside world.
Fields of Fortune has been designed by developers working at Ash Gaming. The company has been active in the online casino industry since 2000, and they’re based in UK. These days, the company is part of Playtech, an even bigger developer, being acquired back in 2011 in exchange for $30 million.
Ash Gaming continues to create slot machines, and their titles are available at casinos which use Playtech as a provider. A couple of the other games that have been popular in their collection include Angel or Devil, Adventures in Wonderland and an entire series of Batman themed slots.

How To Play It
The slot shows you that its 25 lines are fixed, so you don’t have the option to change that. You start off with bets at $0.25, and you can take them as high as $125.
The range for such a bet would be from $0.01 to $5 per line. In addition to the regular bets, you can also choose to click on the Feature Off/On button, which will double the bet and will also give you access to better chances of triggering the free spins. This way, the betting range can be transformed into one that goes from $0.50 to $250.
Fields of Fortune has a nature inspired design, and a pretty good one all things considered. You will discover that its reels are surrounded with a border made out of wooden planks, while the reels are transparent and have the symbols hanging in mid air. The images shown are gardening related and they have a cartoon like look which works well for them.
We have the Red Rose as the expanding wild, a symbol that you will only find on the reels 2, 3 & 4. You can get them to expand on the entire reel, provided that this expansion will bring you at least one winning combination that wouldn’t have been created otherwise. Naturally, since it doesn’t appear on all reels, it can’t form combinations and get you paid directly.
Scatter symbols are present in the game as well, and they have images with Scarecrows on them. These symbols need to be in at least three positions, so that they can bring you their feature selection. There are two options here, between the Parsnip spins and the Carrot spins. The free spins will end when you have four scatter symbols that land, not necessarily at the same time, just collected in time.
The Parsnip spins will bring you more wild symbols, which are turned from high paying regular symbols for the duration. These new wilds can be replacements for all regular symbols. You get one new wild for each scatter that appears.
As for the Carrot Spins, these have increased multipliers, each time a scatter symbol makes an appearance. You go from 1x to 2x, 3x and 5x eventually.
For the base game, we’re looking at payouts of up to $5,000, thanks to the 1,000 coins offered by the game. You also have certain free spins with multipliers though, so up to $25,000 can be won at that point.
Fields of Fortune looks like a decent game, especially if you consider the theme and the kind of features that are offered inside.
