As soon as you look at the title of this Novomatic developed slot, you just know that there is going to be something eerie, and “unlucky” about the theme of the game. The 13 slot is based on voodoo, black magic, black cats, and witches in general.

This is not to be taken as a serious slot, though, as much of the imagery on its reels are cartoony and friendly in nature.

If it happens to be Halloween we can see the appeal of the 13 slot. However, if you’re after a general spooky, thrill and chill themed slot for any other time of the year, there are better ones out there.

This is a cute and cuddly cut-down version of a scary themed slot and one which is ideal for players who fancy simplistic, quick to play games.

There’s nothing wrong with that, but if you prefer a scary slot with plenty of features, broad wagering ranges, and impeccably horrific graphics, the 13 slot is not the one you’d pick.
