With the purchase of the full suite of smartFOCUS software and services, PartyGaming will get a bevy of services, and be able to put their customers front and center of their business, allowing them to test new ideas on them, thus enabling them to stay competitive for a long time to come. Services such as analysis, campaign management and reporting will show PartyGaming a view of their customers that they can’t get another way as easily. Players will be profiled from their recent activity to the frequency of how often they play, as well as other factors. The profiling will be collected, and PartyGaming can then view this data and take advantage of it, making changes where they think best.
With such an in depth view of data, PartyGaming is hoping to benefit with what they feel will enhance the relationship they have with their customers.
